Official Rules
– The first giveaway is valid from 16 – 21 February 2025 12:00 PM (concluded)
– The second giveaway is valid from 16 – 23 March 2025 12:00 PM (concluded)
– This giveaway is open to legal residents of South African with valid South African addresses only.
– You may enter multiple times.
– Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parents or legal guardians before entering.
– A winner will be selected randomly and contacted via YouTube.
– The prize will be couriered via Pargo.
– The winner will be announced on YouTube and Instagram on 21 February and 23 March 2025 respectively. 13:00 CAT.
– No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway.
– The prize is not transferable and may not be deferred, changed, or exchanged for cash or any other item or size.
– If we are, or a third-party supplier is, unable to contact a winner within 3 working days or if the winner, the winner will forfeit the prize and Get Out Go (Pty) Ltd. reserves the right to re-draw a new winner under the same conditions.
– We may publish names and/or YouTube handles of the participants and winners on any of our communication platforms.
– In no way is this giveaway endorsed, associated with, sponsored by, or administered by YouTube or any social media platform it’s promoted on.
– Entries that do not comply with YouTube Community Guidelines will be disqualified.
– In the event that a comment does not conform to the code word provided in the episode, the participants must consider their entry unsuccessful.
– Entry into this giveaway constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless Indeflate (Pty) Ltd., Get Out Go (Pty) Ltd. and their subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
– We may require you to provide us with such additional information and documentation as we may reasonably require processing, confirming, and facilitating your acceptance and/or use of a prize. If you refuse to provide us with the requested information or documentation, you will forfeit the prize.
– Get Out Go (Pty) Ltd. and the competition sponsor(s) will be considered co-responsible parties (co-controllers) in terms of POPIA. Personal Information will not be shared with any third party and will only be used to fulfill requirements of the giveaway and marketing by both parties, subject to your data subject rights as set out in our Privacy Notice on our website.
– We and our third-party suppliers reserve the right to vary, postpone, suspend, or cancel the giveaway and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which we deem necessary.
